WOW ESCAPE DOO BEOGRAD, MB: 22106112 with registered office at Džona Kenedija 49, Belgrade (hereinafter: „Controller“ or „Seller“) is committed to protecting the privacy of all users and players. The Controller collects only necessary, basic information about users needed for booking appointments, communication regarding the reservation, safe conduct of the game, and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service. Users are provided with the option to choose, including the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list used for marketing campaigns. User data is strictly stored and accessible only to employees who need that data to perform their job. All employees of the Controller are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.<\/span><\/p>

When making a reservation through the website, users may be required to provide certain personal information necessary for creating the reservation, concluding a contract for the provision of remote services, and fulfilling obligations from that contract, i.e., for realization of the appointment and payment. Collection of information not necessary for the stated purposes is not performed.<\/span><\/p>

The Controller commits not to misuse users’ personal data. Personal data refers to all data that identifies the user (such as name and surname, email address, phone number, etc.). Users’ personal data will not be shared or disclosed to third parties, except in cases where applicable law expressly prescribes it, or to persons providing services to the user on behalf of the Controller (e.g., online payment service provider), and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.<\/span><\/p>

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

In accordance with applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data, and specifically based on the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, users' personal data may be processed on the following legal bases:<\/span><\/p>

when processing personal data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the reservation contract to which the user has access;<\/span><\/li>
when the user has given consent for the processing of personal data for a specific purpose (e.g., marketing communication or video recording of the game as a souvenir), whereby the user has the right to withdraw the given consent at any time;<\/span><\/li>
when it is necessary to fulfill obligations imposed by applicable regulations (e.g., keeping accounting documentation);<\/span><\/li>
when there is a legitimate interest of the Controller in processing (e.g., security video surveillance of premises for the protection of persons and property), provided that such interest does not outweigh the rights and freedoms of users.<\/span><\/li>

Providing personal data collected based on effective regulations is mandatory, while providing personal data necessary for fulfilling the contract is voluntary. Failure to provide the necessary data (e.g., name, contact phone number or email address) needed for the reservation will result in the inability to carry out that reservation.<\/span><\/p>

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Users’ personal data will not be processed for purposes that are not in accordance with the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. The Controller commits to processing the collected data only for specific and lawful purposes. The purposes for which the Controller may process users' personal data are listed below:<\/span><\/p>

Concluding and executing the reservation contract - personal data entered during the reservation (name and surname, email, phone number, number of players) is processed for the purpose of concluding and executing the service agreement, confirming reservations, and communicating regarding any changes or cancellations. In the event that the necessary data for conducting the reservation is not provided, the Controller reserves the right to postpone or cancel the reservation.<\/span><\/li>
Processing payment data - credit card information is entered directly with the payment service provider and is not accessible to the Controller; the Controller only receives confirmation of successfully executed or failed transactions.<\/span><\/li>
Player safety - if the user voluntarily indicates health restrictions relevant for safely participating in the game (e.g., claustrophobia, epilepsy) during the reservation or on-site, such data will be used exclusively to adapt game conditions and safety, and will be retained only as long as necessary for that purpose.<\/span><\/li>
Marketing communication, which includes notifications about new games, promotions, and benefits. This type of communication is carried out solely based on the explicit consent of the user, which can be withdrawn at any time.<\/span><\/li>
Statistical analyses involving improving user experience based on the analysis of website and booking system usage, for maintaining and enhancing the service.<\/span><\/li>

VIDEO AND AUDIO SURVEILLANCE IN THE PREMISES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
For the safety of players and employees, protection of property, and monitoring the course of the game for the purpose of assisting players, the premises of the Controller may be under video or audio surveillance. The premises where video or audio surveillance will be implemented must be appropriately marked in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.<\/span><\/p>
Video and audio surveillance recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days from the date of recording, unless the recording is needed as evidence in a procedure regarding a security incident or damage, in which case it is kept until the conclusion of that procedure. Access to recordings is granted only to authorized personnel of the Controller.<\/span><\/p>

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
The Controller uses appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and other measures to ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data it collects and processes. When assessing the appropriate level of protection, the nature of the personal data being collected, the processing carried out, risks during processing, and other significant circumstances in each specific case are taken into account. The Controller particularly commits to collecting only those user data necessary for fulfilling the stated purposes.<\/span><\/p>
Data that is automatically recorded by accessing the website and does not constitute personal data (number of visits, time spent on the pages, etc.), the Controller has the right to use exclusively for the purpose of assessing the visitation of the website and improving the content, functionality of the booking site, and user experience. The provisions on the protection of personal data from this Policy do not apply to external sites to which links from the Controller's site lead.<\/span><\/p>

DATA RETENTION PERIOD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Data related to executed reservations and payments are retained for the period prescribed by tax and accounting regulations, as well as for the period necessary for resolving any complaints (in accordance with the time frame from the General Terms and Conditions of Business). Data processed based on the user's consent (e.g., marketing) are stored until the consent is withdrawn, and for a maximum of one year from the last user activity.<\/span><\/p>

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, the user has the right to request from the Controller: access to the data being processed about them; correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data; deletion of data, when there are legal grounds for that; restriction of processing; objection to processing based on legitimate interest; as well as the right to data portability. <\/span><\/p>
The request should be sent to hello@wowescape.rs, and the Controller is obliged to respond to the request within the timeframes prescribed by law. If the user believes that their rights have been violated by the processing of their data, they have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.<\/span><\/p>
